It’s amazing to realize how Twitter, this simple application can change our virtual lives completely.

By sending short messages known as “Tweets”, I can now express my thoughts, vent, communicate, and even chat with millions of people around the World. The beauty of this application is that it allows you to send tweets from almost any internet device from any corner of the world as long as there’s an internet connection.

And you can use their ready made applets like this one below to put on your website so that your readers can get the latest updates on your tweets or whereabouts.

I can now post news and even happenings almost immediately with photos, videos, links and location information attached to the tweet. I can even tweet in Dangerous, Hazardous places too. For example, the Toilet.

However, there’s a limitation of 140 characters for every tweet you send out, which means you can’t write essays anymore like you can on Facebook. But the way I see it, it has remarkably improved my summarization skills
